import GPX / TCX file implemented
We're happy to announce that our platform now supports GPX and TCX file import (these files contains a record of windsurfing session and they are generated by GPS based devices and smart watches ). You can import track files using the web site or the app installed in your mobile phone.
Import from website (supported GPX and TCX file):
log in, go to a log, and find the "import file" box. Upload the file. An image of the track on a map will appear, along with some basic information such as duration, distance, and maximum speed. Simply sync the app installed on your mobile phone and you'll also find the track there.
Import from mobile app (supported GPX file only):
look for GPX file in your phone or make "export GPX" in your tracking app. iLogwindsurf will appear in the list of app capable of handling GPX file. Select our app, choose the log, the track will appear. If you then sync the app, the track will appear on the web site too.

APP SHINING AGAIN
It was a while we were not able to update the app to most recent Google's directives, libraries and policy... as conseguence, the app disappeared from Google's play store several months ago.
We have now completed a major re-work and our app has popped-up again in the store.

moving to HTTPs

Multiple devices!
By registering in the community, you can manage your log using multiple devices thanks to the iLogWindsurf synchronization service: smartphones, tablets, etc. without any limit always updated... and more, if you move to another device, just install the app and login with your existing account: all data are recovered from the cloud!

Place PICTURES in your LOGs
Latest app release introduces a gallery management on app side too. Now pictures can be placed in your log by using your app. Website and app galleries are synched as well. We hope to see more and more pictures directly from your smartphone about your beautiful spots.

TIPS: manage your NICK NAME and AVATAR
We encourage all user to manage personal settings... NICK NAME can be changed in the SETTING page of the WEB SITE, AVATAR can be changed with the APP too. Enjoy!
